They were indeed m8. I honestly would say that for the most part, I would have preferred to drive my 182 than a V6 up there.
The lack of instant low-down torque is the 182's biggest issue - especially coming out of a corner and even more so on an incline. It just cannot compete with a Vee on...
That is exactly the reason why I want them. Especially as we live on an unadopted highway and there's friggin horse-s**t everywhere.
Bleedin glue-sticks.

No credit at all to me - I was driving! Dunc was the photographer-biatch for the day - in the passenger seat of Shaun's V6. :)
A great run out on some superb roads. Attracted a lot of attention -...
Sounds like the one - it was parked up there when I walked past it. If you could have a closer look it would be appreciated! Cheers. :)

I managed to escape sunburn. SPF50 stuff - FTW! :)

Mine was there too - looking quite shiny for once! I was parked way out in the sticks though - out towards Shaw's.
Did you see all the poor sods parked near the main runs through the car-parks? Absolutely caked in dust. I walked past a Golf who had its windows half down and the interior looked...
Having trouble with the RapidPants link, Lee. Just keeps waiting for the images to download.
I'll try again later - good to meet up with you again yesterday as well. :)

Some great pics there!
First one did it for me in an instant though. One of the "Please, please, PLEASE can I have a go?" cars of all time! :approve:

I was sat in traffic, waiting to turn towards the motorway at Junc.4 when the silver 172 went past. Female driver.
I didn't let on as I was in a works Golf. :)

Just with reference to what happened to me when the alternator went (twice) on my Punto GT.
Things like the wipers took an age to pass the screen just once. The battery light used to flicker and the idling started to suffer. It was ok if you gave it a bit of gas though.
I hope its just your...
