It's because the windscreen is coated. There's a lot of tolls in France so you put your card thingy there so it can be read by the toll machines.

White wheels are a major pain. But enough layers on them makes it quite easy.

Even if the dealer doesn't know everything about the Trophy, it's rare they'll price a 182 at 4k. That's a low private price really. Go and test it but I'm going to say it's probably fucked.
