Well yeah, it just depends how dark it is. If you do things enough, you just 'know' roughly what settings to use, it completely depends on how dark it is. You don't want to use the on camera flash. That will just ruin it. Can you adjust the shutter speed on that camera? If not, it probably...

f16. 15seconds. If that's all lights and ruined, go less. If it's still too dark, crank the time up a bit. Use the timer for the shutter release or a remote if you have one.
