Bet the regs broke,happened the same on my ph1 mate i bought a new reg with motor from ecp for 65 quid and took me 40 mins to fit start to finish. easy :)

agreed mate wont make a difference,go with gettingthe air in and out faster then a re map to match the fuel to the new amount of air your getting in and out,your injectors should be man enough easily,its quite rare to uprate them in a relitivly std engine

correct that man! its all about being smooth and keeping momentum up,that makes for a fast lap,inidentally iv been watching ur vids mark,boy u can drive!

no cars come with 'proper' straight cut gears,although from memory,old shape mini's 1st gears are straight cut... you dont need to brake to correct understeer,just comiong off the power is enough usually,although i know whazt you mean mate

I prefere heel and toeing to left foot braking,but its whatever you get along best with really

out of interest who has been to the ring and what was your times? i managed a 9 min 52 secs in my old hybrid with no brakes lol (they were std and lasted till the foxhole then died)

cant see the difference between with or without mate i suppose with an lsd it might make the car a bit more stable as your left foot isnt accustomed to braking but apart from that i cant see a difference
