how can you get the N20 in a dry system to ignite in teh manifold!!???
There is no fuel or spark!??
id stick to 50.......I dont know how the knock sensor will react to Large amounts of r****d needed. Also i would enquire just how to set the ignition as it will need to be retarded for N20 use...
Wet systems are the simplest and most user friendly setup. No point even considering Dry when almost all kits are wet and so much better.
Somebody on here runs a N20 kit on tehir 172, in turkey i think.
Wet will be fine for jsut over 100bhp.
Dry systems get all fiddly with Fuel pressure...
gtt/willy/16v calipers are the same, i should fit fine......ask them!
butre, why dont u just buy the kit?
all that time spent fiddling when you can bolt it on. And does it have to be a renault disc?
lol....yea, send it over then.....email is in my profile.
Renault names are confusing, as here is the clio 172 or cup, in HK its he clio RS (172) and the cup is called the RSCUP, you got the ragnotti and the RS ragnotti.....lol....
thats waht i was asking, ive only seen pics of it, not inside, jsut fromt eh paris motor show.
there should be a ? on my last post lol....doh.
what sort of level is the preparation? apart from GrpN, has it got anything worth mentioning?
They are never very helpful even to those in the company.
They wont bother responding really if they dont have the parts, are you even sure if they still make them as none of the MK1s are in competition anymore.

there is no wear problem! sheesh, i best i could run a 8000rpm engine jsut as long as you could at 3000rpm!

When the 16Vs came out 185s were just a mre common size, but 195s do work better. No manufacturer really botheres making the 185s anymore and if they do, dont put any real effort into it.
185s wont give you any handling advantages over 195s......185s wont give you any extra grip or...
Just pop your head under the wing adn have a look, a rattle over bumps would suggest that it want fixed, but im gusing it would be fixed as it wouldnt have an MOT.
most people run 195/50/15 tyres now as they are more avaiable and cheaper than the 185s. You wont have a problem and the car...
well, i cant diagnose from here can i!
All you can do is check, compression test, which is a 5 min affair, or check which cylinder is playing up. Run it and one by one unplug a cylinder, if tis runnig on 3 cylinders and its a spark problem then one of teh leads you take off wont make a diff to...
Dont look like anybody else is answering though, ill shut up now.
but before i go, i mean it wont reall be diff if you car is 5mm +/- at teh front relative to the rear.
Ive explained why already, up to you to try something though.....lol
if you blew and engine you would know it....there is a reason teh word blown is associated with it! haha
think along the lines of a huge noise, massive metal on metal noisess and a plume of white smoke from your exhaust so large that people ram into the back of you.
