When I went before I got our tickets late and ended up staying near Gatwick and driving across 40mins in the morning.
Wasn't too bad but would've been nice to stay closer.

If they was mint then fair enough but they aren't.
You'll probably never lose any money on them though but forking out 950 then more for repairs will be rubbish

I'd say M18 personally
But the M12 stuff is also great.
Why not both..
I started with M18 for a combi drill and impact driver.
Then M12 for the tyre inflator with the premise I'll get the multi tool eventually.
Saying that though, the M12 stuff for the cars what these lads use such as...
Mine paid for itself before I diagnosed the cracked wheel on the beemer. Came in very handy being able to top it up on the fly.
It is a premium though when a 12v can do same thing....
It's only a small hole for cable to pop through isn't it?
Body shop should be able to line it up from the slam panel underneath and drill.
I'm sure it's got a 1 inch shroud around it too
