The Clio TCE is ok for a 1.2, it has the torque of the 1.6 K4M it replaced and its delivered a bit earlier too so it feels ok to drive. I agree its probably better to just leave it as it is and wait for an upgrade in car. Standard CS response but as everybody knows the injectors are a limiting...

Get a ph1 airbox and run it with no airfeeds. There are no heatsoak issues as JMS proved. Something like 5 degrees above ambient at 60mph.

I'm only 5" 7 so its never been a problem for me. The driving position is poor though. If you put the seat on its highest setting its acutally laughable.

If its still doing it when its warmed up fully. Say after 30 mins then it will more than likely be a thermostat problem, which won't let the car get fully up to temperature thus leaving the cold limiter still active. Its a pretty common fault.
