In some ways it does yeah but it really is a hoot to drive mate, it reminds me of why i loved them in the first place, there are absolutley no toys and no mod cons, its raw driving at minimal cost!

Not decided yet Russ, i think tyres are the first port of call as although the ones that are on it are new id say you would be better with slippers lol :o
Performance wise its not as quick as a 172 (in my opinion)
Although its very keen to shift up the gears and it does so with absolutley no hesitation, its very revvy and id say although your in a better driving position (than the Clio as most will agree its a little inert) it really feels like...
The only two mods were the callipers being a different colour and an induction kit which as it stands im unaware of the make, the callipers will be going black i think, im not too keen on the red?
Hi guys well sadly after the Phase 1 was written off i had to find somthing to bridge the gap until i get myself sorted with finances and what not so i thought the 106 GTi would bridge this gap...
Its a 1999 V plate GTi with 77k on the clock.

The only thing i really could criticise about your car is the fact the side skirts dont connect to the bottom of the front wings (like the RS Clios)
Apart from that, sell it as it stands, imo you would be wasting your time breaking it etc
