don't worry about mileage, the L7X engine will do 300,000 miles without blinking (as long as the services are kept up, belts being the most expensive!)

^yes, it's identical to the 172/182 one but just has a nobble built into it to slot onto the crank

i'd go for the 182 crank bolt with the 225 pulley, aux stuff inc aux pulley remains as 172/182
