Hey guys, I want to buy a new front splitter but not sure what type to get, what would you recomend? I've heard people say skoda splitters fit, is that the only other option or is there loads to choose from? :S Here's my car atm with the standard splitter:

Re: MY CLIO 1.6 PROJECT New number plates came this morning and I fitted them fairly easily while my gf was on her driving lesson :) The screws were very rusty and it was covered with dead flies and dirt behind the old ones but after a good clean and lots of foam sticky pads, there on! :)...

another way would be to open the boot, take off the black plastic cover and see if you can actually see any pins from the badge coming through the bodywork :)

I think ph1 badges are stuck on iirc, I have a ph2 and they were clipped in place, easiest thing you can do is have a little pull and if they don't move at all there more than likely stuck on, the clipped ones tend to move a little :)

Makes quite a big difference don't it :D I was well happy when I fitted mine :)

After that you'll have to disconect the break light and screenwash pipe, don't just rip it off after you've undone the screws :p

Re: MY CLIO 1.6 PROJECT UPDATE: I've ordered some new number plates for the clio, 3/4 for the front, standard size on the back, nice and plain, no silly logos or borders :) I'll get some pictures up once they arrive :)

Aye that's my spoiler :) and yeah it is 3m carbon lol :p I was thinking of getting a cup spoiler, think it'd be harder to do than mine though because of the brake light

This is my clio: I want to fit a smaller front plate but I'm unsure on the size. I know the length is 520mm but what's the width? :S Had a look on a lot of threads and there's a few different answers. 84mm, 90mm and 94mm. Which size will fit snug into the recess? :S Cheers guys, Dan :)

Haha :p I was just saying it'll be fine to use lacquer on top, it wont react to the decal :)
