    Went in to BMW for a Vanos repair, its just been recovered off the motorway after they "forgot" to clip a coolant hose back on, main dealers eh!

    yeah renault have moddified the part for some odd reason you'll probably have to adjust the other mounts to suit, easier and less hassle to just whack in a powerflex kit TBH

    ish, there are moddifications internally oil pump and drive etc, sump, oil squirters, plus a few other bits, we stuck one in a clio and it did great power :D (quite a bit of work to convert it back to road spec from memory)

    ^Its a bit more complicated than that, teeth don't come into it The main problem is the fact its an interference engine (pulleys aren't keyed) a lot of garages use the non vvt guide for doing the belt, when they should be using the vvt method, 1mm here or there on a k-series doesn't matter, on...

    set of one piece valves and forged pistons would be my vote, don't worry about the rods, perfectly fine for NA (fit ARP rod bolts though) we can supply no bother, as can many others, RS tuning, Trackgroup etc etc
