I wouldn't like to say without taking a look at it, it's not a good thing. If a garage fitted it, I'd say they should have done it the right way around, if that's the case, then I'd guess they may have mangled the wires in the boss. Are you going to CSS?

The answer is simple. It TECHNICALLY doesn't matter which wire you put to which side on the steering wheel horn connector, as basically it just completes a circuit. BUT, there is actually a small earth bar, which means if you put the wires the wrong way round, the circuit is effectively...
