there were loads of people taking forever to process through in my O2 store (problems with ccs, IDs, allsorts), I was done within 5 mins, didn't even ask me for any ID.
My O2 doesn't open until 9am, so I'm hoping people can't get out of work and when/if they do they'll be opting for 16GB.

I don't think there will be a substantial upgrade to the phone next year and doubt I'll feel the need to upgrade ( I didn't upgrade to 3GS ). But ofcourse it is a risk, but at the same time I could then sell the handset and buy outright then.
