The Megane 225 remap is fully tested and put through the paces on the rolling road. The reliability of a remapped car USUALLY is the same as a std. spec. I am running the 265 map on my own megane and have had no problems in approx 10 months. As for Diesels... They are also in a similar situation...
^^
As we don't have a rolling road it makes it difficult for us to provide this service. This is why full rolling road testing is carried out on each and every map we do. All i could suggest is using a local rolling road and getting a run prior to coming then one on the way home. Obviously the...
In theory renault are unable to tell about the map only the time the car was programmed. If the ecu was flashed by them obviously it would need another re-flash which we will do at a small cost. If however you come to me before taking the car to renault i will return the car to original then...
Hi Mate, the usual rolling road cost is arround £100 depending on where i use. I'd need to know well in advance so i can book the rollers and make sure other jobs are re-arranged because as you can imagine it is quite time consuming.
Hope this helps

If you want to look at the actual figure then so be it. As i said in an earlier post IGNORE THE 200HP (Well Lanes Rolling Road is renowned for over reading) Plus i'm not advertising or nor is anyone saying "clio 182 remap to 200hp". The test was done to find out the gains and not the figure...
No, this is a totally seperate remap, obviously the groupN is done in a similar way but i don't raise the ltr. Plus not sure what is modded in the GroupN

I'd say the 200hp is a tad too high but we got exactly the same gains on a Dyno Dynamics dyno with another car. Well 15hp & 15lbft so close enough. The thing to remember is the test was to see the gains NOT the actual HP. I'd love to run this on the DD dyno too to see the actual HP but we have...
Can you remember the model? It should have been a Siemens Sirrus 34. the sirrus 32 is used on the 1.4's and 1.6's etc. They are usually black and a fair bit smaller.

Changes can be made to incorporate mods but tbh unless you have had cams etc. there is not much to change as the ECU will adapt to mods such as a filter etc..

Look at the graph, there was a big long thread on this, car was run back to back on the same dyno. The owner of the car is on here and was very impressed with the real world gains also. Why don't you keep your opinion to yourself?
That is how we tested and that's the results. Ok?
And no i'm...
This is the result we acchieved with a remap on a 182, notice the torque and that's where it really counts! I think the results were 15LBft and 15Hp increase. I will try dig out a better graph. Both runs were back to back on the same Dyno.

Ok then ^^^^
If you are going to install the HKS on you might aswell install an "autoPC" which i believe you can get in a single DIN, just think anything could be possible then!

Do you still have the original ECU? IF you do why don't you get that mapped and sell the GroupN then at least you can get some money back. If you are around the Leeds area I can map your car to incorporate the changes you have made.
