You'd be better removing the pads and painting them on the car if you're a first timer, bleeding the brakes again is an arse

easy enough, you got E torx sockets? (star shaped female sockets E14 off the top of my head) are you taking them FULLY off, or leaving them on the car? (ie to avoid bleeding the brakes)

Yep you've cooked it, hope there's no other damage!! Refurb'd pump is £150, plus aux kit and labour you'd be no more than £350 off the top of my head refurb pump - 2 year warranty, NEW pump from renault is £100 MORE and only has 12months warranty!

I've always found the statement about cams not affecting MPG a bit of a weird one where does the extra power come from? More air + more fuel = more power - but the mpg stays the same? hum

438's are (from what i've been told) just 421's with the exhaust cam moved by 5degrees, well something along those lines anyway I also believe they're exlcusive to k-tec as they did the donkey work, so in short, no i don't sell them! never had an issue with 428's, although everyone else seems...
