Depending on the laptop the the hardest part is working out how to get the hard drive out. After that its just the case of sticking it it in the enclosure.

You could take the hard drive out and put it in a usb enclosure to get your stuff off it.

Got a problem with the actual broadband as I don't even get net access when I plug the cable straight into my laptop so phoned up support and they are sending a guy out to have a look. Got to wait till the 12th of November though!! Will try and sort the router later as I got fed up and went...

Net access is messed up so want to login to the admin panel of my router but it keeps coming back with page can't be found. I have reset the router but still no joy. It's a Netgear router and usually enter 198.162.0.1 It's teh MR814 so it's pretty old, is it time for an upgrade?

Do you mind telling me who the seller was? Easy to fit?
