might be an idea to go to like a powerflow company that make exhaust how you want them! as long as its 2.5"bore it offers the best performance upgrade from what i gather

o right well the ktec stealth weighs a fair bit from what i gather i have it on mine decated and also removed the center sectio. feels really well built compared to other exhaust i have had on there and its a lifetime warrenty! but i think the yozza system is a lot lighter from what i have read...

how loud do you want it?

Had my 172 decat on the car now for 3 weeks and it's slightly better at the top end of the rev range and much louder, you don't have to get it remapped but I think you get the best out of the decat once u remap it! Only thing I would say is if you don't like noise don't decat mine stupidly...

197 looks boring compared to the LY 182 and that pug on the right is even worse lol

Done 1000miles on mine now and well impressed thy are a little firmer than standard but it's obviously going to happen whne you lower a car! But they are a good build quality and handle better than oem as well on b roads would definatly get a set

Just so you no all 172 idle extremly lumpy when idleing!!! I asked the same question when I got mine! It's not to do with decat! Mine never changed from cat to decat! You will notice if you drive your car for 30mins then stop it will idle much smoother

id say keep the 1.2 but if your thinking faster car something like 172/182 keep modding and saving for this but with the intention of moving wheels/headunit/sub/amps/speakers and what not over to the new car??

Just a guess but could this not just be a faulty lambda sensor! If it's only intermittently coming on?? Would explain why the car is lighting up the bad exhaust fumes light, when clearly nowt is wrong coz u passed MOT! I'd get sensor changed over or check them out at least

Easy straight swap! Undo bolts, undo lambda sensors, take decat off! Fit sports cat bolt it in place put lambda sensor back in place according to order they were taken off the decat and your done! Should b easy as long as bolts on fixing flange arnt seized!

you wont fail for having a decat on! you fail for not having passed the emmisions! not for not having a cat! a cat dont mean s**t! what if you smashed the inside of your cat out making it a decat you still would not pass because you fail emmisions!!!

na what it is i have got a head unit but for some ggod for saken reasons my dad pulled all the cables out of the headunits iso so i have no idea what way to put them in as they are not the same colour as the ones in the cars iso lol pain in the arse so far all i wanna do is fit the damn head...

There is more than two cables dude! Lol I mean what are the cables for the rear left and right speakers, front left and right, ground, live etc etc

basically what wire does what going from the car into the iso connection? got a head unit to fit thats had the cables removed from its iso connection block so need to know what order they go in to the block!but for this i need to know what colour does what on the clio 172 phase 1!tried doing...

Just decated my supersports stealth and to be honest it's f**king loud lol I like it on b road blasts but on motorway cruising it's painful literally painful!! But if you hold the car at certain revs it don't seem much louder than the stealth supersports and standard cat

took mine down to quick fit and they had it out within minutes and only harged a score with a nut

mines been on for 10k plus now and its droney low dwn but raspy higher up! its the supersports by the way think its something to do with the carbon build up and obviously baffles getting older over time! well yours might be mines coz i just slapped a decat on it lol

just checking as never bought it before! is this the right oil for a phase 1 172 gear box and would 4 litres be enough? i believe that it is 3.1 litres in gearbox just need confirmation. also how do we get cliosport discount with opie oils? cheers
