Hi people i ave a small prob . Just after my cat i have a pipe that has metal mesh stuff around it and some of that has broken away and it s blowing . Had a look at a new one but it is £ 120 :( so was thinking about puting some Hi Heat wrap ( the stuff you wrap your manifold up with ) around it...
Thanks people was just getting some thoughts on this as having a think about new car v soon . Was thinking about a 106 GTI a Saxo VTS / VTR ( thats what the 16v vs 8v was about ) and maby a 306 xsi 16v £ 3000 max to spend and do 70 % driving on motor way what you think ???
Well its on a 1.5 DOHC 16V Hyundai Just need a bit more go from the old girl so was thinking about a full cat back ehaust. Or this route of a 4-2-1 manifold that would replace the cat to as the car has a manifold cat + is a bit cheeper what is the best choice ???
Yeah have had a look but its a S*it sight . With the mods that i said most of them said i would see a min gain of 12 BHP LOL . Think Clio Sport is the best sight out there lots of people with good information on hear .
Hi There people Would I be right in thinking that a Full cat back exhaust system + Inclosed IK with cold air feed + Iridum spark plugs and 99 ron fuel would see about a 4-5 BHP Gain on a Hyundai 1.5 DOHC 16V engine ???
