At the end of the day this ia a Clio sight and people will tell you to get the Clio . Go on a Peugeot sight and people will tell you to get the 206 .

Had a Gti 137 BHP one befor the clio 172 not in the same leage . Thimk same would go for the 180 ( performance wise )

Those Astra turbo things are very quick about 7 ish to 60 and quite a bit of torque .

The Valver is a 1.8 so will have more go about it at higher speeds to .

Think they about 7.6 to 60 .

Most people will tell you to stick with the OEM disks and just get some uprated pads like Tar.OX or something .

Yeah dont go any lower than - 40 mm . Just buy some springh like Pi or Apex for about £ 100 job done .
