Fogs can be hard wired, I did it, straight of the battery, no issues, I wouldn't bother with the mirrors as beef says.

Bumper not off, grille piece off though. The snap lock is just turning one wire into two, so the snaplock takes two wires in and outputs just one. The screws are ontop of the headlights when you open the bonnet and there's one obvious one when you take the grill off, (which is just two screws)
