Please do. I know it's lurking around in Mansfield somewhere. Be nice to know what condition etc it is in now and how it looks!
Theres part of me that wishes I still had that car.
I want to keep it on the rear end of the car if possible, so I think just above the R.S. is pretty much my only option where it would look 'right' so to speak.
The only other place I could think of was on the front bumper (on the black insert), but hmmmmmmm no!!!
I wanna see this too... Need to place it on my 200 somewhere ;)
I was thinking just above the R.S. badge on the bootlid?
EDIT: and I dont particularly like its placing on the Shop image! :o
+1 on both points
I went into pikey mode and got the skoda splitter for my 172. The next day I scraped it. Soo glad I didnt do that with a £150 OEM splitter ;)
I was too... You'd be surprised on how easily it'll scrape on things ;)
Lol I was exactly the same when I got my 172 Flamer (and my 200 for that matter)... Said I wouldnt touch it. Many pennies later, I still wanted to do more to the shed!! The spending wont end at a cup splitter & turinis ;) Next up will be coilies!
No, wasnt too bothered about this tbh as you dont notice it. It would need respraying wouldnt it, so didnt want to mess with that anyway. Nor was I bothered about the respray issue as you cant tell, although I would have liked to have know what would have warranted a respray before I had even...
My point is that most people spec them. I personally like the standards so didnt see the point in 'upgrading' to the wheels that every other 200 owner has.
Its like with my old 172. I kept the standard 5 spoke wheels as most people tend to put Turini's on theirs, so keeping standards were a nice...
