nero will copy em fine onto cd. to get em into mp3 format your gonna have to copy the tracks off the cd onto your harddrive (windows media player does this), that should give you .wma files. Then a google on ".wma to .mp3 convertor" as i dont think wmp converts

divxtodvd then burn with nero windvd is ok enough too but you would need to download a crack or get a keygen *this is strictly educational on how you could burn yourself dvd's. this would infringe copyright laws and i dont endorse it* think that should do :)
