You can make it so that your PS3 has its own ip address, which sorts out connection issues. I did it, and it totally got rid of the problem. Google it matey.

My 172 had quite a few owners, I think I was the 6th. It was on 40,000 miles when I bought it. Tbh though, when I thought about it, I owned it for 9months. If people did the same, the owners would have racked up easily. I wouldnt worry too much, aslong as its in good condtion, service history etc.

If they are mint, with good tyres on them, then thats a good price IMO. When I bought a set of 5, four of which were mint condition, I paid £275 for them (but had to travel 250miles each way to pick them up ;) )
