Koni Sus kit dampers and springs 330 at Tweeks with CS discount. Sell the spring for 80 if you alraedy have Eibachs. so 250 for new dampers. No where near the expence on coilovers (epecially as they will cost you 150-200 quid to set them up properly). Cheap as chips....

Yes to both, travel a lot so not always about. For the road they are the best springs, with Koni shocks the improvement goes one step further again...!
