yup ill bet £10 your pads are binding in the caliper, all 197s, 200's, 225's do it, take them out (you'll have fun) and dress the edges off the back plate with a grinder - done
you rarely use copper grease these days, on cheap pads from china yes, on decent stuff there is no need (and before anyone spouts up OEM's dont put it on in the factory, and modern materials dont need it)
