Oh yeah forgot they are a whole pedal assembly not just a case of connected to a wee wire, my bad. Possibly still catching on some sort of carpet or something? Or as suggested, a new pedal unit would be a good idea if you can get one.
I think its just the clunk transfering through the pedal tbh mate, it doesn't seem to depress the brake further, you can just feel it thats all, I imagin you could feel it through the floor/steering wheel/all sorts tbh.
I was just trying to describe what I could feel.
Me and Mike checked that area, sort of, but seriously, no play in either wheel, at all.
Mike had a good feel about, but said everything felt normal? You can check on Saturday if you're so wise ;)
^^ That's a cheap way to do it properly though, adjustable, and £160, can't lose!
The other option is apex or eibach, how bothered are you about comfort?
The eibach sportlines are low enough to make it look like a 182ff, more comfortable than some other springs but are more expensive, at...
God you take bad pics chap, this thing is beautiful, yet you manage to make it look like a right shed.... ;)
I've got a canon digi cam I no longer use somewhere (not great, but a DAMN site better than you're cackberry), maybe I'll send you it...
Pick up some ph1 or ph2 172 wheels, both will sort it well and neither are that expensive at the moment :)
I'd be interested as to how nice a set of wheels, springs and a "Magpie Clean" can make this wee thing look.
Oh and an RS grille :)
You're a diamond Danielson, I'll check that when I return from fcs, or maybe Tunst/Mike can check for me ;-)
How much do you want for then boyo?
It'd be the pad jumping about in the caliper? Or is that going to be so ridiculously minimal I wouldn't notice? Well from under the car today...
Top mount is a shout actually, I've always assumed because they're solid they'd be fine. Is it just a case of checking how tight the top nut is??
Only other thing I thought it could be... A while back when we fixed the sticking caliper we lost the little metal support clip for the pad (but I've...
Ok so if the ball joints were dead I'm sure there'd be play in the wheel yes?
Me and mike checked it tonight (only on a jack) but there was nothing obvious wrong...
As per my other thread I'm getting an intermittent single "clunk" at low speeds when braking, this "clunk" also moves the...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
You have to work it out and if I wasn't busy at work I'd do it for you.
PAYG is going to cost CIRCA £450
Then look at 3GS prices on bills to give you an idea of what it is going to cost you, i.e 18months at £35 a month to get the...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Ok well upgrade tarrifs are fine then, thank god they're not being dicks.
Now just back to my previous conundrum (sp) whether to "upgrade" or buy PAYG.
I guess I'll do the maths later tonight if I'm bored :)
I may report back...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
FLOL, looking I may not need more than 500mb.....
MMS's cost if you have unlimited texts.
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
FFS at limiting data, I have no idea how much I use at current, but the point is I don't have to worry... ffs!
If we're not using over 500mb, then why even bother limiting it for the few that are?
Using my dongle for work, I...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Is that number free to text?
Rev's you got any contract left? If so are you going PAYG or upgrade?
Need need to get under the car, remove the two plastic covers on either side, (one torx on each side and then they just clip off) now you can undo from the top. This is if you don't need to replace any of the frame etc, just the seat.
Waffles!
We really need a little meet in our area chaps, somewhere for a few nice pics, we have: (very local)
Adam 172, Smitchell, Darren, WILLIE, MikeB and myself, all properly local!
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
As snoop says, by accepting to upgrade and pay off at £20 a month, then you have to be willing to accept their new contract details, which we currently don't know anything about... tossers.
Couldn't disagree more, if you just want it to be subtle though, get yourself a skoda one, only add an inch or so, but its small, subtle and most importantly, soft!
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Trade in? No! Sell on CS? Yes!
Mine is in pretty damn find condition tbh, so should not struggle to sell :)
I'm thinking PAYG will be a good idea too tbh, then no worry about o2's latest "sting" and no worrying about having to...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Well according to that quote from random internet geek, apple have said they'll be the same as current 3gs prices.
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Hmmmm, I'm not happy with the fact they are changing the tarrifs, well I'd say more nervous. lol.
I current sit at £140 to cancel and start again...
So iphone sells for £280, 140 left for new phone and to start contract again...
