Mine tends to pop when water is almost up to temp, and changing gear up to 4/5th at 40-50mph, and applying WOT.
Also if blipping a downchange after a long cruising period.

Not at all. They didn't particularly need a refurb tbh.
I bought them because they were the last set in stock at the time and it felt like a good time to change them :)
