dont think theres any rules about footwells, do as you please, boot the same, cant be seen until open and you dont drive with the boot open anyway! i think theres only a problem if you can actually see them, in which case they look crap anyway so it should be illegal lol FM

i got my mk 1 ph 3 dropped 60 mil on standard shocks and its fine. its just recommended that you upgrade the shocks but you dont need to. FM
