Looking on euro car parts, there are two differnet CV boot kits? One for inner, and one for outer? Which do I want? AHHH! Reason I need one is that I have grease all over my drivers side wheel?

For a ph1 172, drivers side cv boot part number please? Tried ringing Renault, reg doesn't come up, tried several other reg's from pics off here (:o), doesn't come up.... So as I'm at work and can't get the chasis number, I could do with ordering this part before the end of the day. Many...

Looks good mate, you didn't go through the dartford tolls did you by any chance today? I saw a std silver ph1 but couldnt catch up due to traffic. I really like the 172 badge actually, very funky.

So what actually is it then that leaking? i.e what is the grease? If you did it yesterday mate, any chance you've got the part number etc? As my Renault are useless without one, or what can I ask them for and they'll definately know what I'm talking about? Oh hai Daniel, cheers for the advice...

Cleaned the car tonight after Steve@Rsport lovingly sorted a few problems and whilst bent over (oh 'er) I noticed quite a lot of thick grease on the drivers front wheel??? From memory of looking over old threads, has the "CV something" split or something? Basically, when I take the wheel off...

Might be worth mentioning that you work for Renault so the car has wanted for nothing (assuming it hasn't)

I haven't seen your for sale threads/adverts, but great images of the car really will help sell it, if it looks amazing in the advert more people are likely to come have a look.

I'm so glad you posted this, I have a tin rattling noise between around 4.5 and 6k revs, I thought it'd be a heat shield somewhere but had no idea which one. Is there one above the cat section of the exhaust too?
