actually thinking about it now, yes the cams need to be locked as when you angle tighten the crank bolt, if the cams aren't locked they could be pulled round
can someone tell me why they supply cam seals/caps with the kit? changing the crank pulley you don't need to touch the cam seals?
crank pin in, buzz off the crank bolt, swap pulley screw bolt back on, done? or am i being dumb (says the trader that should know the answer, yes i've had a beer or 6)
purely down to what you prefer, i'm on abour track here by the way
road, generally i stick to 33 front and 31 rear, but it depends on the car, the weight, etc etc etc
they dynacup for example runs 25 front and 21 rear, but it weighs nothing
f**k your patience mine come first! oh i've got some 6pot brakes for it (maybe 8pots if the budget, or lack of, allows plus we need some 19's to run them)
it was only because it went off circuit briefly (nowt bad) and some gravel got into the aux belt and made it jump a rib, bumper came off as edde thought he could sort it at site, but it ended up going on the back of an AA truck to be done under warranty LOL, no harm done
T1R's became our main track tyre when i was at yozzasport, nowt wrong with them, get the car setup right and the pressures spot on and they're brilliant, see the yoz video of spa for proof ;)
