Yeah I’m not too convinced by it. Don’t see how it can match a clay bar either

What’s folks thoughts on clay towels? Seen them advertised a fair bit online. Is it comparable to a clay bar? Seems much easier and quicker than a traditional clay bar

I really rate this one, haven’t tried that many so maybe others have more comparisons. I can dry a car twice in one sitting with it...

Spot cleans are so much better than what you’re looking at. They’re just made for the job so work so much better. I’ve removed stains from carpets in seconds with on

    £10 an hour to a friend if you’re generous😅

Really depends how long you’ll be spending on it. If I’m doing friends cars I don’t tend to charge them but they’d inevitably give me a few quid. Hand polishing is awful though. I’d say if you’re doing a proper job with that process it’s gonna take you 4 hours. No interior?

Depends where you are in the country but £60 cash per wheel isn’t unheard of. I’ve paid that before for 18’s

100% I recently did a nice Volvo which hadn’t been cleaned on the inside for 3 years since it was new. f**k me it was diabolical. Interior alone took almost 2 hours

Cheers dude. I think there’s a balance between flexibility and reliability as the hose has to be rigid enough to help get the pressure through. I know what you mean though. Will have a look at that one, exactly what I’m after. What length did you go for?

Anyone got a longer pressure washer hose? I’m using the standard one from the nilfisk and it’s just too short. Seeing them all the time online but looking for someone’s experience of them.

I used the leftover on a piece of s**t micra that was at the time 15 years old. Made it look new🤣. I’m sure I just fired it on without even cleaning. Was just rubbing the flies into it

I bought myself a keter fold down work bench. Absolutely great bit of kit. Folds flat and weighs nothing. Can take up to 450kg. Great for sitting my mitre saw on and was £50

The way you’ve done yours is probably the way to go. Decentish bodywork and replace the rest. I just don’t have even a tenth of your knowledge though. I just like the idea of a van. Must be an age thing
