I've not had frost on the inside, but i have had super mist that took ages to shift even with the heaters on full blast. Perhaps you have too much moisture inside your car. I'd suggest getting some of those silica packs and putting them in your car.

Is sealant pointless if you use carnuba? I've been using jeffs followed by carnuba.

I've read it's not good for the rubber seals around the windows and i'm guessing it can't be great for the paintwork. I'm gonna try to keep use of de-icer to a minumum tbh.
