Where is the shaking coming from exactly? The steering wheel or through the floor/seat? The latter would indicate a possible out of shape tyre/out of balance wheel on the rear, the former could be the same but on the front!

Pump it up and put some watery washing up liquid solution on the valve. If it bubbles there's your problem. Take the wheel off and do the same round the rim.

They SHOULD have used a device to keep the wheel straight when the alignment was done. I would be going back and saying that the steering wheel is off centre, please can they correct it!
