I bought one the other day,but then @Gus posted up a reply of what color is what. To be honest i dont know how to use the multimeter on how to check polarity,what setting to have it on??

So went out this morning to finish off the wiring. The person who owned the cup before me fitted 16.5cm speakers in the front and not wired properly as you can see,prob bit of a reason why it doesnt sound to right,being 16.5cm wont sit in the whole properly,so will be ordering some 13cm ones...

Thanks mate,im not getting rid of the Turinis as i do like them and not worth selling.I just fancy a bit of a change of look and the 2118s's suit the clio so much!. Also the ride is meant to be better on the 50 profile on 15's,so we will see. Im not planning on doing any other exterior...

Mine aint flawless mate but its well looked after and maintained,end of the day its an old car now.But im looking to get some body work done later this year then the 2118's!!!:grin:

Thanks @Gus i did search but obvs not well enough. Just bought an Multimeter from screwfix to,it will come in handy for the future,was only a tenner.

Isn't there an easier way mate please,like just take the speaker off and test the wires with a multimeter?. To be honest ive never used a multimeter so wouldnt know what setting to use Thanks tho mate for the reply

Fitting some new speakers to my 172 cup & the previous owner has done a crap job,just cut the wires and wrapped around the speaker terminals. So my question is,what colour wires are the - & + ones please?.i cant seem to see anything on the wires to tell me.

Ive always been an M3 fan,but then i do like the RS audi’s. Spotted an RS3 when i was in the lakes,shame there a five door and would be so much better as a 3 door i think.

Where are you located tho mate?,as i guess most of us are not close so would be a meet in the middle kind of thing,i think 4 or 5 of us from that list are local to each other,ie essex/herts.

Maybe something over the easter break could be on order?

What colour are your 2118’s,i thought they were dark grey but in your latest photo they look more silver?

I did that one today & didnt do to bad,not my fav track tho. I think as ive got to C on the DR & SR class i think that is,the drivers im racing with are a biy better. I like finding which car suits me for the circuits of the day on the online gt sport.
