Splitters looking good on the 182, easier to fit yours after doing that one the other week?
Got my 172 wheels today mate, when you next going to a meet mate?
Yeah sportlines are coming soon (i hope).
White spirit seems to have no effect, (its an 11 year old sticker) i didnt think of hair dryer, and i havent used a blade for that exact reason (not wanting to damage the heated screen lines)
They have served me well, but they were a "I'm 17 and want...
"that sticker" is f************king invincible!!!! I have tried everything, believe me, my CS sticker is begging to go on, but not until that thing comes off!
Drives a lot better on 16's too it seems!
No ghost, but she does haunt me like one! Drop is planned in a month! (also had only jus come off jack in the pic and hadnt sat in it, so its sitting a bit higher
Recieved my 172 wheels from p4ers today, had to do it all with the awful renault jack, but it got the job done, and i am still in one piece.
Only thing is discovered my drivers side rear brake cylinder is leaking so gotta have that sorted :( (more money)
Anyways, pics... C+C Welcome...
Also TDC sensor wouldn't force it to stop turning over? Have you tried disconnecting battery for 30 mins etc? Fuse also sounds like a good idea to check.
Love the white on black, but the best bit has gotta be the engine bay, i really regret not buying a k&n off someone on here last week now, never thought of doing a heatshield like that, could have easily knocked one up myself too! bugger!
Can clio keys be made by anyone other than renault?
i.e if you had one key, could someone use the code in it to make another? Or is there some information that only renault have?
I know someone who cuts keys etc so may be able to help here...
If it stops turning over by itself then i wouldnt think its the TDC sensor, when mine was dodgy it would turn over forever but just not start.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery for an hour or so and re-connecting, making sure all the connections are good? i.e wd40 on all terminals etc...
At the moment i'm not a fan, but if you did, bullets, diamonds, "renault" and "clio" and calibers all the same it could make quite a nice theme?
I like the ph2 side strips on the ph1 though! Gonna have to get me some and have a go at colour coding with the old ones!
On just springs not coilies, you should be fine getting up a drive, clios are so high anyway, that a 45mm drop would still not bring it as low as a standard bmw or something similar.
When cars are lowered in photoshop mate, its just an educated guess, we dont have a "lower 45mm button" if you want the car as low as in the picture you've showed, your best bet would be coilovers, although expensive.
