I see there is a setting for steering rack mounts?.but what about the actual steering rack bolts that hold it to the subframe or is that the same bolts?

Ive got the same problem & more likely to be the steering rack bolts!.did you get new ones or just tighten them up mate? @Christ Almighty

Anyone know the torque setting for the steering rack at all??.or part numbers for the bolts?

If i could get access to a ramp mate i would.So have to be the trolley jack routine.Hopefully its the bolts that go through the subframe to the rack,i should replace them to.

I thinking its coming from the passengers side & not really a clicking noise,kind of knock like it maybe loose the rack?

Its not broken spring,so ok more of a knock like something is maybe lose,i guess i'll have to give it a proper check over the weekend.Was hoping it was ball joints or something like that.

No mate as did the same when i had the cup shocks on with cooksports,i have coilovers on now.

Thanks mate,its not perfect but a big improvement.

Try this mate,i covered the lettering in vaseline and swiped off once sprayed!.or once paint is dry,just use a blade to pick it off,comes off easy.I would say tho,sand down the lettering etc first tho.

I bought a set off ebay for the slam panel bolts,the inlet ones are the old ones just painted mate.

Paint wise i just used paint from ecp mate.But you can use any spray paint really tho if you want a different colour,maybe use Halfords paint as they have more of a choice?,depends what colour scheme your after.More about the prep of it i guess,like making the surface clean for the paint to stick.

Just block the spark plug holes mate or if you have an old set of ht leads about stick them on as wont matter if you get paint on them or damaged.

Also some top mount covers/caps
