Both will yes, but if you get a trophy one I think you'll need the boot struts too (they are shorter) as otherwise the spoiler will touch on the edge of the roof when you open the boot fully. I'm not sure if you'd need shorter ones for a cup spoiler though.

You need to take them off every now again to let the paint underneath it breath dude, they aren't watertight either so the water gets trapped inbetween the bra & the bonnet. They sound (and look) like such a good idea - not !

Either get them from your local snap on tools dude, or look on ebay as they sell them on there. They do them for seats with side airbags now too.

Tbh with you those wheels are pretty kerbed up, i'm not saying that places can't do them as they can, but they are quite bad. Maybe consider getting another set of wheels instead for it ?? You don't have to go for an expensive sey by any means at all, you could just go for a set of renault...
