I'm going to ask Tom or Dan if we can have a ban hammer everytime people talk about detailing, when meaning they wash their car.
A detail on a car, or a car part, or area, is the full works. Simple. It is costly for a reason - it takes the car back to factory condition, in fact better than...

Both phones have wifi connections (the same connection, unless this is my issue?), both sent a text and both have Facetime on in settings etc.
The icon appears in the menu while on the call... But it makes a ringing sound, says connecting... but nothing happens...

OK, well first off, right or wrong, most in this thread, myself included, have taken this as you're buying a new car and wanting to know how to protect it. This is why people, again myself included, have suggested not letting the dealer wash it...

I don't get what the issue is from either side...
Sargara wants to protect the car. He's had suggestions on what to use. If he wants to be shown how to use the products, he speaks to a detailer who comes over and shows him.

Suede is a funny old thing. I would suggest a very neutral wash, but the last thing you want to do is get it too wet. I take it this wheel is removable? If so, take it off, hoover it gently, and use a suede brush to get out all of the loose muck (as Alex posted above).

Just read it's already been delivered. In that case, get in touch with a local detailer (pro, not Bill has a Buffer) and get it protected for Winter. You will not need anything more than that for now.
At a later date, i.e. pre summer, you can get it detailed properly and corrected.
