    using a drill for polishing

    I agree, but people seem to think they can pick up a drill and detail their car... Truth.

    Expenditure on my car 182 so far

    It's a Clio. They fail, regardless of the comments I get from people on here who have had cars go on for 1,000s of miles without issues... They were built on a budget, Renaults are notorious for having cheap parts that fail... Learn and buy German/Jap!

    using a drill for polishing

    You can use that, but you are likely to incurr holograms. And I don't mean it in an offensive way, but you will. As a lot of people have already said, stick with a DA or a filler glaze like BlackHole.

    It's been made to look old, dirty and broken. Old, meh. Broken, what doesn't break. Dirty, WOOOAAAHHHHHH, no way.

    Do I have issue's?

    Snow foaming isn't washing. It's pre-washing and will never be a substitute for contact washing. Bare in mind, the more you wash your car, the more likely you are to incurr marring.

    EZ Glaze any good?

    I would agree with both of the above really. I can't tell whether it has fillers. If it doesn't, it's a bit of an unecessary product.

    Dave's was detailed by FailSport. He's yet to bring it to me for a spruce up!

    Ash from fires

    Depends. If they are still warm (unlikely) then it can go through protection. But will do very little to paint work. Claying will sort anything mildly heavy, fall out wise. Other than that, they're just a pain in the arse. Treat them like bird droppings, get a washer/hose on it as soon as you can.
  23. J

    Hello!

    That was in relation to that post.

    Do I have issue's?

    Which, if you have a decent level of protection on, should be all that's needed. Self cleaning with rain FTW.

    Putting tractor suspension on a car is mad, but lowering to the point where it is undriveable isn't? Mmmkay. /scene hater
