I quite like the yelow, it looks way better than the bopring silver that every other mk1 172 seems to be. My mate had a yellow 106 gti years ago, I guess they look poo in yellow too ?? I disagree tbh.

Look at the front bumper, either side of the slats in it (just above the number plate) they aren't that easy to see though. Easier to see them on this pic here

A lot don't do it as it would make the car harder to sell on, some crashed cars have under gone a colour change though. I personally wouldn't touch a car that wasn't in it's original colour, no mater how good the respray was.

Did you ask for more pics of it at all ?? Also if you get the number or reg of it, you can look it up on the v6clio.net register (the owner of it might be on there) or someone may know of the car - there are only 18 of them. I hope it works out for you:)
