pretty much. by default if you have "monsters" turned on, then there are caves which contain hidden rooms with chests of goodies in, so you can spend the game doing that, with the addition of building whatever you want etc etc. it's difficult to explain, you can really do anything you want, and...

Insurance companies, they'll rip you off anyway they can - this instance in particular just makes you feel sick, it's kind of rediculous you have to pay more when you had a parked car and some pleb drove into it!
