Not really a bargin either is it, considering if you want to replace your 172 system it will cost you about 1400 quid, but its 450 for the scorpian exhaust..
PS. I like the scorpain tail pipe design the best out of all the ones I have seen so far.
actually the windscreen in my 172 didnt block the gps signals at all, I had it sitting on the driver side ontop of the instrument panel and it worked just fine.
What I hate most is when you go into a shop to get stuff for you car, and it turns out you know a hell of a lot more about it than they do, its like when I went to testdrive the smart coupe roadster.. I knew more about the bloody car than she did.. grr..
For the mk2 im sure there will be quite a weight saving. make sure you weigh the new one and the old one when you are changing them over.
And get some pics up.. :)
neither did the bloke at renault.. who asked me if my steel spare was alright.. I replied all 172s come with another alloy as standard..he just said "wow, didnt think we would do that".. lol
about 3-4 for a 5GTT as its quite a small car..
so about 300-400 quid for paint. when I wanted to get my pug 205 GTi in imperial blue (escort cossie colour) it was gonna be £90 a litre, I got it discounted down to 55/litre.
Short and simple answer, dont bother. .it really would be too expensive and too much hassle.
That said your best bet would be find a complete unit from a scrappie, and find a garage that would be willing to do it, Im not sure which clio you have cause your profile says "clio sport" are you...
If you are going from 17s to 14s then ye.. but 1 inch aint gonna make much difference, especially if the tyres are lower profile ont he bigger wheel too.
