As i said it going to be a bit dull compaired to the 182 and with a 10k price difference the price and the handling are key to what people want....My dad has had three golfs right up to the last one and the steering is dull.They are heavy and they are not as nimble as a clio,so in essence less...

Now that is just robbery,but then again thats vw/audi...They may be reliable but that doesnt add up to 10k on a car thats no faster

If i get my way this year i will have a 182 cup in racing blue and a new Audi A3 tdi in shinny red so i can keep the cup in...
why do they keep testing the 182 CUP against everything else then,if its not that good why is it the fastest clio bar the v6...I know we are splitting hairs here but it is the quickest and the handling is the best ever

My 172 was great....1 faulty battery and 1 faulty climate control buzzing noise in the roof
Both done under warranty and other than that my 2 years in the car was great,hence me wanting a 182 now..There are always going to be horror stories which ever manafacturer you choose,but people only...
I like both cars but 6k more for not a lot of performance would sway me towards the clio...I do agree the 225 should pull away a higher speeds but how often would you get the chance in this country,
Given a choice i would rather own a car that did 100 mph and get there in 10 seconds than one...

This has been done so many times,...My mate used to own the original press car from the re-launch of the RS2000,It was j or k reg and then car at the end and when he finaly spoke to someone at an RS day a few...
Put it on hold and get an 05 plate on the 1st march....By the time you actually get your car you will be six weeks away from a new reg and your car will looka year old
