I have had lots of experience of racing ctrs,a local lad and myself have had numerous blasts along D/Cs and motorways from standing start to flat out 140+ runs
The cars are near identical and it was only after 100mph that the ctr gets its legs, before then it was even all the way in my mk2 172...
Its actually a richer colour than you think in the flesh(racing)

Mines always delivered mint too and the way the mag is put together puts the rest to shame,The photography in top gear is cack and looks like they have hired a bunch of students to do it
Mind you that does sound a bit like the BBC

You can get a quality garage down the road to do it...Its EU law now for top dealers to let small businesses take work as long as renault parts are used

I still have my head in the sand about these skoda/seats and i know there good cars now,but they loose a bit to much still on residuals. The LCR looks really good though
At least in the company it had the clio did good and i was well impressed with it beating the scooby...I remember evo a cople...
The basic ctr is 17.5k and the cup was 13800
Not enough of a saving to warrant spending nearly 4k on a car thats the same speed and ability
I have to agree with mitchy though the lcr is a nice car and for a few quid has very exploitable power, its just a shame its a seat...would of been nice...
You just cant beat a bargain, and rich i must say once the astra is 3 months old it will be £13,800 going by vauxhalls residuals...plus whats this big beefy astra going to weigh
When cars are small its all about weight and a good balance of power, you cant just throw 240 bhp in a car and expect...
Somebody wrote in and said this to the mag,it turns out they picked the 2 cars to test because they were so close but couldnt include the raw CS car as there was only 200 built and it didnt seem fair to offer a car as car of the year that knowbody could drive or even see in there lifetime

Not having a cat on your car is illegal and if the cops find you havent got one they are entitled to fine you and/or take you to court
It happened to my mate and he got done by one of those roadside emisions tests, unlucky or what
