I actually thought about mounting the camera in the front, just so I could switch to it and see me driving along with a low to the ground look heh. The camera I was gonna purchase also has IR emittors so can see in the dark (up to a certain range) could scare some folk driving along a country...

Doesnt matter too much, the worst case would be an out of phase speaker but you would be able to tell as the bass would sound "farty". If you want to get it right get a 1.5v AA battery and connect it to the speaker wire, watch the speaker cone, it will go in or out, if it goes out do the same...
