Be very careful with cheap tyre companies.Im not saying you should pay the earth for quality but i had a friend who thought hed get a cheap set of tyres for his escort cos and proceeded to order them.In all he saved bout eighty quid and thought it was great till he had to have at least 50grammes...

This is getting silly now.Why bother bout gettin a lighter screen,do you realise u will be saving about 2lbs in weight.Once you and ure mates have had a maccy ds and a pint youll have gained the weight back.I think the the petrol/heat reflective screen will look great against the blue bodywork...

on a clio tank of 50 litres you will only pay bout £3.00 more to fill up on optimax,plus you will make that back on your economy which goes up,plus it cleans ure engine and it performs better..wot is up with these people moaning bout 5p a litre.sell yor car and buy a micra......!!!!!

the s3 is turbo charged and also has different cams and inlet manifold.the 180 bhp one has already been chipped cos its the 150bhp one from the standard 1.8t golf..as for figures the s3 does 0-60 in 6.6 and 0-100 in 17.5.....top speed is 153mph.so a cup driven well+on the day should leave the s3...

i agree,ive had a race with a couple of these and i do well till i get to a ton then they start to come past.still ,its nice to know they spent 12 grand more than me for such a little gain..

i agree there are plenty of new cars out there to give the clio a run....but not for the money,thats the whole point and fairplay to anyone who wants to shout out loud that there clio has done well against other and sometimes faster cars..

you should be ok as long as you run a 7j rim or you could be asking for trouble.check the inside of the alloy before you buy them good luck..

i put super unleaded in mine a few weeks ago and noticed no change in performance,just an expensive fuel bill.i always try to fill up on optimax coz it just feels more responsive and lasts longer..

ive just put two yoko avs sport on the back and did swap from front to back.noticed no change and the tyres have much more grip than the standard contis...

just been flickin through the back of evo mag and seen this advert for a 200+bhp conversion for the 172...£1200 fitted.they claim its just about the fastest small car they have ever converted with a range of different ratios for hill climbs etc etc.does anyone know of any figures for these...
