We use Sales Force at this end. One thing I would say, is that there does not appear to be an easy option to enter in more information, in terms of calls made/last contacted.
At my last place we had something called RDB (recruitment database) but no idea who it was supplied by. Very good...
BTW Russ, you do realise that Coversure are just the Broker that front the insurance for another firm/s? So they are doing all the work of finding it for you, then charging you on top for their work? So it's like going to a car insurance broker and getting insurance through them, rather than...
Fabric softeners coat the fibres to make them softer, meaning they don't work as well/at all. The idea of the MF is that they contain hooks that 'grab' the dust and polish etc. The 'slippery' coating that makes the softener work counteracts this.
Amused at the gripes people have over the word 'pro'. I am a pro, I do a professional job, I have a professional business with professional insurance and I make professional money. The fact that I have more than one talent and therefore have three jobs is another matter ;)

Nothing to do with tuition fella, not having a go, just amazed that you can get round a car that size in that sort of time, especially with the amount of tar noted etc (presuming you clayed the entire car?).
Yes I have mate.
Fair enough with the five hours polishing, guess I am just thinking about tar removal and claying, but if that wasn't done it cuts the time down substantially.
Lol, yeah the wet and dry went on the R8 exhausts since it hadn't been touched since factory. Came up an absolute treat and dad is relentless at checking them every wash now, making sure there is no build up!
I know, I know. The Forearms got a different type of work out over the weekend at a mate's stag do. Karting FTW! 2nd out of 21 as well, well happy :approve:
Everything starts tonight . . .
