Lol, tell me about it, I got so confused when I saw that to re-order (ended up getting it from an American site called Autopia, purely for some other things as well :o) It's not better or worse on other surfaces, I just prefer other waxes on other my paint :) I don't like rain x, people have...

Lol @ P222. You mean R222 which was originally called P21S :) The name is so pointless as well, bloody yanks ;) Yes I use it on my windows and lights. I find it a very good wax, again rewax it every month or so, can be longer.

Something with light cleaning ability for use post detail?

Yeah I agree, guess just love the FF on a very light pad. Depends what you are going to do really, never used the LP via machine.

    Machine polish

Yeah in that case it is a very good price. I would ask, is he going to protect the paint afterwards, as it will need sealing/waxing (but this can be done yourself, so even if he doesn't, bring it home, wash it and seal it with Extra Gloss Protection). Jamie

With me, probably once a month I add another layer, but mainly because the waxes that I use don't last that long. Will re polish it every couple of months/6 months.

    Machine polish

That sounds very cheap mate, give you a clue, I do it as a hobby for beer money, rather than a business and I charge circa 100 quid for a clio. If this is someone just mopping it I would stay clear and get a detailer in your area to do it properly. East Anglia right?

Your basic first timer detailing kit?

For a beginner; Megs Gold Class, megs wash mitt, I4Detailing towel, Megs Smooth Surface Clay kit, Super Resin Polish by Megs foam pad applicators, Megs MicroFibre to buff off, Extra Gloss Protection via foam pad applicators, Megs MF to buff off, something like P21s (now called R222 by the gay...

    Applicator pad or Micro Fiber?

As stated by my more than Northern friend, there are no waxes that are supposed to be applied by hand, simpy choices and personal experience as with most detailing :) Wouldn't Onyx by hand again, would with the blue velvet, mainly due to coverage and how the wax reacted. Also, some cars are...

    Applicator pad or Micro Fiber?

Put it this ways ladies and gents, my MD gave me funny looks on Monday morning when I had blue hands that still had DodoJuice blue velvet on them ;) It is less wasteful and you get a more even coat. But a lot of waxes don't work as well. Most I would suggest using applicator pads. (BTW, post...

Why would he be? http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=396619&highlight=aston Hand applied Onyx. http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=421120 Hand applied Dodo Juice Blue Velvet. http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=420797 Onyx, again by hand . . . I could...

    Applicator pad or Micro Fiber?

Applicator pads for polish fella. Wash should be done with a wash mitt, sheepskin one. Halfords also sell these. Have a look in the guides section for the cleaning guide.

iPhone 3GS VS BlackBerry Bold - Fight.

Lol Warren. The Storm has crashed on me more times than a blind man in a formula 1 car. It also drops calls quite frequently, as well as "failing" when ever I call someone. But more recently, it seems to have solved that and is working as an average little phone again.

    182 headlight washer jets on 172 ph2

They are pretty expensive though mate, like 75 quid from the stealers. Where are you sourcing from?

But to answer your question, yes they will fit, but you obv won't get the washer jet function any more!
