personally never used any of CarLack's products the 476 is an amazing hard wearing wax and will be good for your use. In all honesty Soph, wash, super resin polish, 476 should see you good for your needs for quite some time all IMO of course :) jamie

FKs are standard start for most people. H&Rs are a level up ASTs are TOTR price wise there are other makes, like Gaz as Paul has shown, people have different opinions on all. also the experience can depend massively on getting them setup correctly jamie

yeah, the only difference is the suspension, top nut is OEM, so are the mounts. just need to turn the nut a tiny bit and it will then come off easily, its just getting it started, hence the impact wrench being a good call from ben jamie

top mounts are a bit different lad, its not just turning the nut, the thread has to stay still, other wise the spring and central rod of the damper just turns . . .
