hi lad, glad to see the alloy wheel going to good use. maybe it is the light, but just check that paint work and if needs be take some better photos and put them up on here . . . from what i can see it looks to be a very poor finish (very dull) and will annoy you when the parts are on the car...

open the fog light by taking the bulb off the back, put a hair dryer on the other side and the water will turn to vapour and evaporate out of the enclosed space. then refit bulb, make sure it is sealed well with the rubber that comes with the bulb and refit. 10 min job, did it the other day...
